Delivered in 2010 under the name Clarena II, the motor yacht Azteca highlights Italian luxury shipbuilding. This 50-metre vessel blends sporty exterior lines with refined interior spaces.
History
The project was developed by the Italian shipyard CRN in Ancona under hull number 128. Construction advanced through the late 2000s towards its official launch in early 2010. Successful sea trials were conducted along the Adriatic coast prior to hand-over. The motor yacht was subsequently renamed Azteca upon entering active service.
Design
The exterior profile was created by Italian design studio Nuvolari Lenard. Naval architecture was executed through a collaboration between Nuvolari Lenard and the CRN engineering department. The vessel features a steel hull paired with a lightweight aluminium superstructure. Distinctive design traits include a sleek bow and dynamic side profiles.
On board
Interior styling was also entrusted to the Nuvolari Lenard studio. The living quarters combine warm wood panelling with contemporary light-coloured furnishings. Panoramic windows flood the main salon with natural light. Expansive outdoor decks feature multiple lounge areas and a sun deck with a whirlpool tub.
