Delivered in 2022, the motor yacht Danzante Bay exemplifies Canadian composite shipbuilding. This custom 49-metre vessel combines contemporary exterior lines with refined living spaces designed for ocean cruising.
History
The project was undertaken in British Columbia by Crescent Yachts. Construction advanced through precision composite engineering at the Richmond facilities. The hull launching marked a significant milestone for the Canadian shipyard. Following rigorous fit-out work and sea trials, the vessel was officially delivered in 2022.
Design
Naval architecture was developed by Canadian firm Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architect. The studio also created the exterior styling and overall silhouette of the vessel. Her structure relies on lightweight composite materials for both hull and superstructure. The design provides strong hydrodynamics and enhanced stability during long voyages.
On board
The interior design was also created by Gregory C. Marshall Naval Architect. The accommodation spaces are decorated with soft, natural tones and premium finishes. Large glass windows allow abundant natural light throughout the main saloons. Outdoor decks feature versatile spaces dedicated to alfresco dining and sunbathing.
