History
The shipyard was founded in 1928 by the Kröger family in Warnemünde before relocating to Schacht-Audorf. Over the years, the facility developed a strong reputation in specialized shipbuilding and naval construction. The company gradually applied its technical expertise to the luxury superyacht sector. Today, the modern shipyard remains an essential component of Northern European yacht building.
Craftsmanship
Kröger-Werft craftsmanship centers on German engineering standards and heavy steel and aluminum construction. Shipyard teams collaborate with renowned international naval architects, including Reymond Langton Design and Espen Øino. Climate-controlled indoor sheds and large dry docks allow for complete discretion and precise quality control throughout the build process. Engineering focuses heavily on acoustic insulation, hull efficiency, and complex technical system integration. The versatile facility handles both new custom builds and extensive refit operations.
